Desktop/Laptop: Your purchased photos are best accessed via a desktop or laptop. Photos are delivered in a zip file since they are high resolution and very large in size. You will need to unzip the file in order to access your photos. You can use ezyZip to do this (it's free!)

Mobile/Tablet: Though using a computer is best, you can still download phones to your phone, depending on storage space. Just let us know, and we will send you your purchased photos via WeTransfer Collect which allows you to download the photos individually (without a zipped folder). Note that the downloaded photos may save to your phone's file manager so you may need to also share them to your phone's photo album to view/manage them there.You can use ezyZip to do this (it's free!)
